Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service
ORDR-DESK provides financial market intelligence, structured technical research, and automated performance recordkeeping. ORDR-DESK is an independent publisher of general market information. ORDR-DESK is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor, and does not provide personalized investment advice or asset management services.
2. No Financial Advice or Guarantee
All content, trade structures, levels, and market briefs published on ORDR-DESK are for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Subscribers are solely responsible for their own investment decisions and risk management.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
Membership fees for Pro ($99/month) and Premium ($299/month) tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Members may cancel at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing cycle without prorated refunds.
4. Intellectual Property & Non-Redistribution
All research reports, signal parameters, daily briefs, and proprietary methodology are the exclusive property of ORDR-DESK. Subscribers agree not to copy, redistribute, broadcast, or syndicate ORDR-DESK content to third parties or public forums without explicit written authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORDR-DESK and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform or reliance upon published research calls.
