We collect account registration information (email address, full name), subscription transaction data handled securely by our payment processor (Stripe), and technical telemetry required for application security, rate limiting, and session persistence.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used strictly to provide platform access, deliver market research briefs, process subscription renewals, and enforce role-based access control and rate limits. We do not sell or monetize personal subscriber information to third-party data brokers.
3. Security & Data Storage
All application data is protected by row-level security (RLS) policies within our database infrastructure. Passwords and credentials are never stored in plaintext. Communication across our web endpoints is strictly secured with TLS encryption.
4. Data Deletion & Account Management
Subscribers may request complete deletion of their account profile and personal records by contacting support. Published signal versions and signal events stay unchanged, because the database rejects any update or deletion of those records.
